Accounts and eligibility

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, break the law, infringe third-party rights, bypass security or usage controls, share or resell accounts, or submit voice, text, web, media, or OCR material they lack authority to process. Service and AI limitations

The service assists with translation and language learning. Translations, transcriptions, and AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, safety, financial, or other material decisions. User content and BYOK

Users retain their rights in content they save and grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to provide, secure, synchronize, back up, and export the service. BYOK users contract directly with their provider and remain responsible for that provider's terms, charges, and outages; keys are used only for that user's requests, not advertising or model training.

Fees and subscriptions

Suspension and termination
